DUKI KOMERC d.o.o. is the controller of your personal data.

We only collect the data you send us and the basic technical data the website needs to work:
– Contact form: name, email address, phone number and your message.
– Property enquiry (the form on a property page): the same data and the property you are interested in.
– When you contact us by email or phone: the details you give us.
– Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, time of visit and pages viewed (server logs and cookies – see the Cookies page).
We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health or religion) – please do not send it through the forms.
– To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and prepare an offer – at your request, before a contract is concluded.
– To act as an intermediary in the purchase, sale or rental of a property and to perform the contract – performance of a contract.
– To meet our legal obligations (for example records and client identification required by tax and anti-money-laundering regulations) – legal obligation.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
– Agents: an enquiry sent from a property page goes directly to the agent responsible for that property (agents of the Kamin nekretnine agency, part of the same company); other messages go to our address investmentmontenegrome@gmail.com.
– Service providers who process data on our behalf: website hosting, email service (Google Gmail) and website maintenance – only to the extent needed to do their job.
