New Villa Casa Oliva, 250 m from the Sea, Reževići, Budva

Casa Oliva is set between a forest, an ancient olive grove and the sea, in the quiet, traditional village of Reževići. The house covers 186 m² and consists of two separate apartments spread over three floors.

• behind the house lies a protected forest zone where building is not allowed, which guarantees complete privacy and means there are no direct neighbours
• the house sits discreetly among olive trees and has a private access road, which further preserves the peace

Construction
The project was carried out to European standards, and the entire construction process was documented with photographs. At every stage, from the reinforced-concrete works, waterproofing and thermal insulation, through the stone facade, to the interior finishing, only the highest-quality materials available on the market were used.

Living
The house is designed for year-round living, with views of the sea, the forest and the mountains from every floor. The shade of the trees and the rhythm of sunrise and sunset create an atmosphere that adapts to every mood.

Land and parking
The land measures 420 m², plus an access road of 119 m². The property also includes a garage and two additional parking spaces.

An overflow pool with a panoramic view has been prepared structurally. The finishing works (tiles and technical equipment) can be carried out according to the wishes of the future owner, and the final landscaping of the yard and greenery can likewise be arranged by agreement.
