The ethno village consists of 7 weekend cottages set on a plot of 1,828 m². Each has a living room, a mini kitchen and a bathroom, and an internal staircase leads up to a 22 m² bedroom that can be divided into two. Every cottage also has its own electricity meter and spring water.
The construction is solid, and the cottages are meant for tourism – the reason being the village's position on the border of two climates, mountain and sea, at an altitude of 850 metres. Budva, the centre of Montenegrin tourism, is only 20 kilometres away, and Cetinje, the Old Royal Capital of Montenegro, is 8 kilometres away. Tivat Airport is about 45 kilometres from the village.
The main Budva–Cetinje road runs about 200 metres from the settlement. The greenery of a beech and pine forest surrounds it and gives the place a special charm, and a marked walking trail runs through the beech forest.
