A luxurious, completely new house of 165 m² is for rent in Lastva Grbaljska, in a private and exclusive gated complex that only residents can enter. Nobody has lived in it before; it was built and fitted out to high standards, using quality materials and a carefully chosen interior, and it comes with its own garden.
It is the first house next to the pool, so the complex's shared facilities are right at hand.
The ground floor comprises a toilet, a storage room, a hallway with staircase, a kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room and access to the garden and terrace. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a laundry room, a hallway with staircase and a terrace. The second floor offers a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom, a dressing room, a study, a storage room, a hallway with staircase and a large terrace with a pergola that can be opened or closed according to the weather.
Residents use the shared pool, and the house comes with a reserved spot with two sun loungers. One parking space also belongs to the house.
The whole complex is fenced, which means a high level of privacy and security, and entry and exit are through two controlled gates – one for entering and one for leaving.
The house is intended for anyone who wants modern, comfortable living in a setting that is quiet, safe and private, with the complex's amenities adding even more comfort and enjoyment. Get in touch for details or to arrange a viewing.
