The plot and surroundings
The estate is full of greenery and old trees. At its centre is a stone-clad swimming pool with gilded mosaics, between 1.6 m and 2.5 m deep. Behind the villa stands a smaller building with a hammam.

The villa
The villa consists of a basement and three floors, with a hydraulic lift running between all levels. The whole house radiates its own style: a combination of stone, hand-painted walls, mirrors, doors and oriental details gives it a feeling of added luxury. The villa also has two fireplaces.

First floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, walk-in wardrobe and bathrooms; the entrance leads through a hallway with the lift and a wide staircase, the terrace opens onto the pool and courtyard, and the ceiling height is 4 m
Second floor: 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; the rooms and bathrooms are decorated with paintings and various details. The master bedroom is the jewel of this floor: its walls were painted by a well-known artist, and stone adds to the enjoyment. The floor also has a large bathroom with a bathtub
Third floor: a room with leather sofas, ideal for socialising and games, plus a bedroom, a wardrobe and a bathroom
