An operating camp is for sale in Buljarice, just 400 m from the sea. It is located in a very attractive zone surrounded by greenery, on a plot with a total area of 1281 m².
Camp facilities
The camp has a capacity of about 120 to 140 people. It has great profitability potential, and a little renovation is needed for it to operate at full capacity.
The title is clean; however, since this is a non-urbanised area, the owner has submitted a legalisation request, and the annotation in the land register states that the buildings exist but have not been registered. The price is open to discussion, and the property is certainly worth viewing.
