Construction and energy efficiency
The building is exceptionally well constructed: all joinery is PVC, and the entire building is clad in mineral wool and facing brick. This thermal insulation is especially important in a mountain region – heating energy consumption is reduced by 50%, and in summer the building stays pleasantly cool. A solar system for heating hot water also brings significant savings on electricity.
