Concept of the complex
Kolašin Riverfront is conceived as a new settlement in a mountain setting, with no vehicle traffic at surface level. Parking has been moved entirely into underground garages, while the ground-level zone is reserved for pedestrian squares, parks and commercial facilities. Along the front of the complex runs a landscaped linear park, with a 5-kilometre pedestrian path right beside the Tara River.

Investment potential
Kolašin is the fastest-growing mountain tourist centre in Montenegro. Thanks to the opening of the motorway, Podgorica and the international airport are reached in just 45 minutes by car. The ski resorts Kolašin 1450 and Kolašin 1600 have 45 kilometres of slopes, and a gondola project worth €101 million is under way, which will link the town directly to the slopes. The proximity of Biogradska Gora National Park and the Tara Canyon ensures high tourist numbers in the summer months as well.
